Our Yoga is based on the hatha branch of yoga and has been developed to suit as many people as possible. A session consists of various yoga exercises (‘asanas’), which combine to provide functional training for your body and harmony for your mind. Yoga is ideal both for those who are accustomed and for those who have no prior experience of yoga.
