Plaza tonår is a session specially designed for teens. You get an all-round workout in the Plaza area of the gym. We use equipment and machines in four different zones. Your trainer will be there the whole time to guide your technique and to cheer you on. Dare to challenge yourself with heavier loads.
Just like in other Plaza sessions, your group will cheer you on while you work on the exercises at your own pace. Adapt the workout to your level by going at your own pace and choosing your own weights.
