Heavy weights, maximum strength
Plaza styrka (strength) is a heavy-weight strength class designed for the zoned Plaza area. Each zone contains its own equipment: free weights, barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells. You will work with straight-forward, heavy exercises.
Following an introduction to the workout structure, the exercises themselves and a functional warmup, it will be time to take your place. You will work in each zone for a set amount of time. The area timer will help you keep track of how much time is left in each zone.
In Plaza strength , you will be guided by your trainer and cheered on by the others in the group while you work on the exercises at your own pace in your own little bubble. You will be fatigued after every set. Take a chance and push your limits with weights!
