Dirty and playful among logs and rocks
Offroad is a training experience like no other. Playful, rock-hard and dirty. You alternate between running and strong, pulse-raising exercises – individually and together with the rest of the group.
Team spirit is important. Here you utilise the group’s power and drive in order to tackle the physical challenges together. Flip tyres, carry logs – or perhaps carry each other! Off-road training is tough, but the leader always has a glint in the eye to create an accommodating atmosphere.
This session is great if you’re looking for a different way to work on both fitness and strength, where the experience itself is key. You need to be tough and be able to carry a wooden log – or a friend – on your back. Leave the beaten track and join us on a training adventure!
