Find your stability
Your body’s centre and core consists of your back, stomach and sides. At Core, it’s this central area that’s in focus, but the session also works on the stability of all your joints, your balance and your flexibility. You will work with natural patterns of motion, such as bending down, reaching upwards and turning around.
Core soft is a fundamental workout that increases your body control and improves your posture. This gives you strength both in the gym and in everyday life. You exercise without any equipment as you let your body take the strain. Close to the floor or standing up. Focused or free. Inward-looking or outward-looking. Always with guiding leadership.
At Core soft, you will have plenty of time to get into each exercise and the leader places additional focus on helping you to find the best way to tackle the exercises. This session is particularly suitable if you are new, unaccustomed or if you prefer to train at a stress-free pace.
