Jympa is ideal for you if you like training with a focus on music. At Jympa senior/bas, you exercise with a chair. You use this as a piece of gym equipment and to help you balance during the standing sections of the session. Flexibility training and relaxation are done sitting down. Jympa soft special, is particularly suitable for you if you are a little older, if you have undergone knee or hip surgery, or if you have problems with your balance.
At Jympa, you get it all in one: fitness training, strength training and flexibility training. Here you exercise your body for what it is made for, with extra time to get to grips with the movements. You stretch, bend, rotate, push up and curl up. A gentle workout for the entire body, training your stamina, strength, elasticity and coordination.
