Friskis&Svettis is a non-profit association and any surplus goes straight back into our organisation. This also means that all of our members pay a membership fee of 150 kr/year. Through your membership you have the ability to influence Friskis through your right to vote at the annual meetings. You can find our membership terms and conditions here.

Your gym pass includes all types of exercising at any of our 3 exercise locations, Vrinnevi, City and Ingelsta. It also includes all of out outdoor excercise and Online-training.

Gym pass 10-12 years

For kids 10-12 years old. Includes all of our exercise exept Cirkelfys, Plaza. Cirkelgym and Skivstång. You have to do your workout together with an adult.

Teenager pass Prices apply from the year you turn 13, until your 20th birthday. Please bring proof of identification with you. If you are under 16 you need to bring written permission from a parent or guardian. If you buy the pass through our website you need to show a certificate when you attend your first exercise session at the facility.

Pensioner pass is valid from 65 years of age and those with a “Benefits Recipient Certificate” (Försäkringskassan) or a “Pensioner Certificate” (The Swedish Pensions Agency - Pensionsmyndigheten). If you buy the pass through our website you need to show a certificate when you attend your first exercise session at the facility.

Student discount applies to those who have a Mecenat or Student card. You need to show your Mecenat or Student card when you buy your pass. If you buy the pass through our website you need to show a certificate when you attend your first exercise session at the facility.

For you who want an monthly payment. 

• First you become a member. The membershipfee is 150 SKR per calendar year.

  This fee is not included in the monthly paymnt.

• Your card will be charged around the 28th each month.

  Make sure that you have money on your bank account. If not, you may have to pay a reminder fee and/or a billing fee.

• You have the right to repurchase your part payment within 14 days.

Jympa Familj 100 kr/season

For kids 2-6 years. Valid for the session Familjejympa.

Junior 200 kr/season
For kids 6-12 years. Valid for the sessions Juniorfys, Familjefys and Familjeyoga. 

Enkel 350 kr/season or 200 kr for 5 times
Valid for the session Jympa Enkel. For you with intellectual impairments. 

The season is 1 january-30 june or 31 july-31 december.
