Here you and around five other group members are given a mini-course featuring both a little theory and a lot of practical training to enable you to become a better runner. The training varies between regular running, running technique and complementary training to help you with your running. In the Small group, you have a great chance to develop in your own training. You receive plenty of personal feedback on your individual technique, as well as gaining new knowledge and better understanding of your running. The best parts of group running and PT in one small package!
