Make the session your own!
You are, of course, just the same as everyone else – you just have a little more life experience. The fundamental idea of Friskis&Svettis is that training and exercise shall be accessible for everybody, so, naturally, our older members are more than welcome to attend our group training sessions. Find the method of training and the attitude that you want to have when training.
Adapt the training to who you are and listen to what your body tells you. If you feel the need to adapt the exercises to meet your own levels of ability, then that is, of course, quite alright. Skip or adapt certain exercises, or add some new ones. Make the session your own.
