Here you and around five other group members are given a mini-course with a lot of training. Small group is available with a number of different focus areas, such as kettlebells, basic fitness and high intensity training. The group meets 5-8 times, depending on the focus area.
In the Small group, you have a great chance to develop in your own training. You receive plenty of personal feedback on your individual technique, as well as gaining new knowledge and better understanding of your workout. The best parts of group training and PT in one small package!
