HIT is seriously tough training with lots of encouragement and focus. Here you’ll maintain a high level of intensity and a high tempo throughout your workout. The focus is on endurance for both strength and fitness, suppleness, explosiveness and speed. Hard, hearty and high-intensity.
The session is structured in different zones. In each zone, you perform three different exercises, in as many circuits as you have time for. Certain exercises involve the use of equipment, such as kettlebells, weights bars and hurdles. HIT is ideal if you are already in good physical shape, accustomed to training with equipment and like to push your own limits. A near-life experience!
Trying for the first time? Be sure that you are fit, familiar with the equipment and well-rested before you tackle HIT. The session provides a stiff challenge (Cirkelfys is a good, less challenging alternative).
