Energetic, simple physical training. At Power Hour, you get a real all-round session training both strength and fitness. A medicine ball is on hand to provide resistance, to help you with the techniques and to add some extra feeling to the session.
Following a hearty warm-up to raise your pulse, the session goes through loops or sets of exercises. You get a full-body workout focussing on endurance, strength and fitness. Certain exercises train your elasticity and explosiveness, intensifying the session.
You work with one exercise at a time and go at your own speed: you don’t need to keep time with the music. Naturally, you can adapt the workout according to your fitness levels, but you can expect driving music, maximum motivation and a large dose of power!
