How subscriptions work
- You sign up for 12 months (binding period). The agreement then runs until you terminate it. Note that cancellation of the direct debit authorisation via your bank does not count as termination.
- The relevant amount is withdrawn on the 28th of each month from the bank account you provided.
- For the first 12 months you are protected against any price increases.
- You must have reached 18 years of age and have a Swedish personal identity number to take out a subscription. If you are under 18 your parent/guardian must take out the subscription for you.
- We do not carry out credit checks for purchases.
- The organisation that makes withdrawals from your account is Motionsidrottens Servicebolag i Stockholm AB - F&S Stockholm’s wholly-owned subsidiary.
How to create a subscription
- Explain that you would like to pay by direct debit when you buy a gym pass at the facility or select subscription when buying your pass on our website.
- The bank account you provide needs to be a personal account or transaction account. It is not possible to link a business account, savings account or PlusGiro to your direct debit payments.
- You pay the current year’s membership fee and a cash down payment immediately.
- The size of the cash down payment depends on when the payment by direct debit is to begin and is a maximum of SEK 500.
- Your gym pass begins to be valid immediately. If you have bought the pass you can collect it at your facility.
Your membership fee
The membership fee of SEK 100 is paid separately every calendar year. The membership applies to all gym passes, even when you pay by direct debit. You pay the fee when you buy your pass and after that as an addition to your withdrawal in December of each year.
Change of bank account
Do you want to change your bank account number for direct debit payments? Do any of the following:
- Contact your bank and they will take care of it.
- Log in at “Mina sidor” in the website booking and change bank account under “Betalningsuppgifter”.
- Contact reception at the facility and they will make the change for you on site.
- The change must be made no later than the 14th of the relevant month so that the new bank account can be activated by the next withdrawal.
Terminate a subscription
You can terminate your subscription via the website or at reception at the facility. If you have a binding period and/or would like a final invoice you need to terminate it at reception.
How to do it:
- Go to the booking page and log in to “Mina sidor” via your name up on the right.
- Click on “Administera” next to your subscription and select “Säg upp” (If you have a binding period or final invoice outstanding it is not possible to carry out a termination via the website and you will need to do this at reception).
-
A confirmation will be sent to your email address (you can see/change your email address under “Mina sidor - Profil”). Keep the confirmation until your subscription pass is terminated.
Binding period
The binding period for subscriptions is 12 months. If you terminate it before the binding period has expired the remaining withdrawals are made monthly by direct debit.
Notice period
The notice period is stated in your signed agreement (either one or two months, calculated as from the date of the received notice).
Note! Remember not to cancel your electronic direct debit authorisation at your bank before the last payment has been processed.
Transfer gym pass
If you pay for your gym pass by direct debit and want to transfer it to another member you both need to visit one of our gym facilities together. The person who is to take over your pass needs to bring identification and bank account information. To transfer a subscription there must be a binding period remaining on the agreement. The person you transfer it to must meet the requirements of the agreement (for example, when it comes to gym passes specially for a teenager or student).
In the event of missed payments or doping
At F&S Stockholm we have the right to terminate subscription agreements with members who on repeated occasions mismanage their monthly payments, refuse a doping test or are guilty of doping.
